Job summary

ShipNetwork in Henderson, NV is seeking a Client Services Representative to support our growing client base and resolve issues with strong communication. The role requires 2+ years in customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

You will handle inquiries via CE Portal, email, and phone, and collaborate across departments to meet client objectives. This full-time, hybrid position offers $19–$21 per hour, a 401(k) with company match, and a Bi-Weekly

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multi-tasking demands.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for client inquiries through the CE Portal, email, phone, etc.
• Serve as the point of contact for client matters.
• Build and maintain strong client and interdepartmental relationships.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client representatives.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to client needs.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Manage client engagement with timely responses and clear communication.
• Contribute to client satisfaction.
• Process and provide status updates on claims.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, and Finance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
