Are you looking for a veterinary team that works hard, laughs often, and genuinely looks out for one another? At Canton Veterinary Hospital, being a great teammate is just as important as doing a great job.
Our team has a fun, lighthearted atmosphere where people step up for each other without having to be asked. Everyone cares about their coworkers, works together to keep the day running smoothly, and understands that supporting one another makes a difference for our patients and clients, too.
We're looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who will bring that same collaborative spirit to our front desk. We want someone who enjoys connecting with people, cares about animals, and wants to contribute to a positive team culture—not just show up for a shift.
As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for clients and their pets. You’ll help create a welcoming experience, coordinate appointments, communicate with the medical team, and keep the front desk organized so the hospital can provide excellent care.
Previous veterinary experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client service and wants to continue growing their knowledge of veterinary medicine.
At Canton Veterinary Hospital, we believe the best teams are built by people who care about their work and the people beside them. We're proud of the welcoming, lighthearted culture our team has created, and we're excited to find someone who will add to it.
Canton Veterinary Hospital is an equal opportunity employer. We value the uniqueness of every individual and are committed to a workplace where diversity is embraced and everyone is treated with respect.
