Randstad USA in Columbus, OH is seeking a Customer Service: Client Services Representative to support financial professionals through the life insurance application process. You will join a Life New Business Phone team focused on delivering exceptional care and helping clients secure their financial future.

Training is in person for five weeks, then a hybrid schedule (2 days in office). Pay starts at $19/hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of solid work experience in a service related field.
• Bachelor's degree completed or near completion (Business/Communications/Economics or related).
• Ability to deliver friendly customer service while talking on the phone and using computer systems.

Join our dynamic Life New Business Phone Team and play a vital role in supporting financial professionals through the life insurance application process. This is an exciting customer service opportunity to work with one of Columbus's TOP Employers, a leader in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry!

• Start Date: 10/26/26
• Pay rate: $19.00 per hour
• First 8 weeks in person - transition to hybrid(2 days a week in office) after 8 weeks
• Office location - 1000 Yard St. Grandview Heights, OH 43212
• 5 weeks of paid, in person training - hours Monday-Friday 9 am- 4:30 pm
• Post Training Hours: Mon-Thurs 11:30 am- 8:00pm & Fridays 9:30 am-6:00 pm
