Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain appropriate securities licenses (Series 7/66/63/65).
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail orientation, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FAs/PWAs/teams and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movements and relay account balances on request.
• Assist with data entry, profiling, documentation, and digital tool enrollment.
• Support research for portfolios and prepare materials for client meetings.
• Assist with marketing efforts and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
