Texas First Bank is seeking a Client Services Professional Floater to support teller operations and new accounts across multiple banking centers within the assigned region. The role requires delivering excellent customer service at the teller line and assisting with new accounts while traveling as needed.

The position calls for a high school diploma, 2+ years teller experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years teller experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type and use a ten-key calculator.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong math aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to lift heavy coin and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to deepen client relationships and attract new business.
• Accurately process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Maintain and reconcile cash drawer in accordance with bank policies.
• Open new accounts and assist clients in selecting appropriate financial products.
• Promote bank products and services through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Follow all compliance, security, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Support sales efforts by developing prospect lists, soliciting new relationships, and completing assigned sales activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell and refer clients as appropriate.
