Innovative Financial Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist I to provide administrative and operational support to advisors and the operations team. You will learn workflows, systems, and client service standards while handling CRM data entry and documentation.

The role focuses on data accuracy within CRM, preparing materials, and ensuring timely processing of client requests in a collaborative, compliant environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Interest in pursuing a post-secondary degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• High level of curiosity and willingness to learn.
• High standards of personal and professional integrity, including the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to understand and execute organizational processes efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to plan and coordinate work independently and proactively, balancing multiple work demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage CRM and reporting software data entry, accuracy, and maintenance.
• Assist with preparing and processing client paperwork.
• Maintain CRM records and workflow tasks.
• Prepare meeting materials and generate portfolio reports.
• Support account processing and client service requests.
• Manage incoming client communications.
• Organize and maintain client and operational documentation.
• Adhere to compliance, confidentiality, and recordkeeping standards.
• Learn organization and industry terminology.
• Other duties as assigned.
