Job summary

Layman Diener Borntrager Insurance Agency seeks a Client Associate to support the Financial Services Division. You will assist with client account opening, onboarding, and service, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop division materials.

You will maintain operating processes, generate reports, manage data across financial services platforms, and build professional relationships with clients while upholding the firm’s BLUEPRINT values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses preferred.
• Ability to obtain licenses/certifications for the division.
• Adherence to regulatory requirements of the broker-dealer and firm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-starter capable of working with little supervision.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of information security, privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the Financial Services Division by assisting with client account opening, onboarding, and service.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop division specific materials.
• Review and maintain operating processes to ensure efficient workflows while adhering to firm policies and industry standards.
• Perform detailed data entry, generate reports and output data for various purposes, and maintain proficiency across financial services platforms.
• Cultivate professional relationships with clients by providing high-quality client experience.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success and consistently demonstrate BLUEprint values daily.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
