Qualificações

• High school diploma required; college courses preferred.
• Ability to obtain licenses/certifications relevant to the division.
• Adherence to compliance requirements for regulatory bodies and the firm.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Financial Services Division with client account opening, onboarding, and service.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop division materials.
• Review and maintain processes for efficient workflows in line with policy.
• Perform data entry, generate reports, and master financial services platforms.
• Build professional client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Demonstrate regular attendance and alignment with company values.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
