Job summary

SGS is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead the West Coast team from Wheat Ridge, CO. This hybrid role combines client advocacy, project management coaching, and lab liaison duties within our EHSClient Services group.

You will mentor PMs, foster strong client relationships, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance testing excellence. The position closes December 1, 2026, with compensation ranging from $77,500 to $124,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Laboratory, Technical, Business, Shipping, or Project Management.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Advanced oral and written communications skills.
• Strong self-initiative and resourcefulness.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Advanced mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Solid critical thinking skills to anticipate and solve problems in a systematic manner.

Our EHSClient Services teamis looking for a Client ServicesManagerto join and manage their growing West Coastteam! The Client Services Manager is a key member of the Client Services Team, serving as a client advocate and laboratory liaison, key strategic account tracking, and mentoring the project management team in Wheat Ridge, CO.

This position will manage, maintain and grow internal and external customer relationships. The Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing the client services team. He/she will provide coaching, and guidance on workflow, compliance, services, and client relationships. The CSM will partner with business leaders to identify challenges within the department with metrics and provide valuable solutions in an ongoing effort to improve workflow and processes.

Job Functions

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $77,500 – $124,000 annually. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
