SSC Services for Education, a member of Compass Group, is seeking a Client Success Manager to support growth and client retention. You will develop programs, manage governance and account data, and collaborate with operations and sales to deliver strong client outcomes.
The role requires 3+ years in program/project management and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on cross-functional coordination and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

As a Client Success Manager, you will support SSC’s growth and retention efforts by developing, documenting and managing key programs related to client relationship management, account health tracking and operational improvements. Working closely with the Client Success team, operational leadership and support teams, you will support all Client Success activities inclusive of governance, retention, stabilization and account information upkeep. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster compliance and engagement across multi-level internal stakeholder groups.
