- Oversee operational requirements associated with alternative and private investments
- Ensure client reporting, account information, and portfolio-related deliverables are accurate and completed on time
- Resolve more complicated account, transaction, or service issues that require senior-level involvement
- Develop junior members of the team through coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Improve workflows and establish consistent practices for servicing complex private clients
- Work across investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams on broader client initiatives
What We’re Looking For

- Understanding of investment operations and the mechanics behind portfolio transactions
- Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience
- Strong relationship management and client communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive, complex, and time-critical client matters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a highly collaborative environment
Target Background
We’re particularly interested in candidates currently working within private wealth management, RIAs, family offices, private banks, or investment advisory firms where they directly support HNW/UHNW relationships.
The key differentiator is hands-on HNW experience. Someone who has managed sophisticated private client relationships while also understanding investment operations, taxable portfolios, and complex account structures would be highly relevant.
