Job summary

EFI Global seeks a seasoned professional to serve as a communication resource among clients, unions, company offices and shareholder groups. You will identify methods to reduce client risk costs through analysis of conditions and practices and coordinate between client programs and company standards.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Four (4) years of related work experience, including two (2) years of workers' compensation claim experience.
  • Knowledge of claims management processes and risk control in an insurance industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and discretion skills.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

Four (4) years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years of workers' compensation claim experience. Risk control experience preferred.
