Job summary

Standish Management UK is seeking an Investor Services Specialist to join our growing fund accounting practice in Los Angeles. You will engage with clients and investors, support engagement teams, and help deliver accurate information and timely responses across the investor portal and CRM.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook), and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a client‑oriented office environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a team setting.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and investor requests including onboarding and portal access.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects such as financial and tax reporting, and capital call tracking.
• Compile and organize investor CRM information with accurate client data.
• Coordinate with technology team to set up client portals.
• Run AML reports and maintain AML database as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to engagement and onboarding teams.
• Support financial reporting, tax preparation, audit readiness, and fund administration tasks.
• Help manage team deadlines and client requests.
• Maintain secure handling of sensitive financial and personal data.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel and investors (LPs).
