Job summary

The Law Offices Of David L Carrier P C is seeking a Client Service Event Coordinator for our Grand Rapids, MI location, with weekly travel to Holland, Norton Shores, Portage, and other event centers as needed. You will be the client contact throughout the Estate Planning process and will also execute company-wide events.

The role requires outstanding people skills, a proven sales background, excellent follow-up, and the ability to multi-task while positively impacting clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years sales experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Has a heart for seniors and making a difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company events including but not limited to the company Christmas party and the annual Car Cruise
• All preparation and management of workshops including but not limited to, scheduling, registration, room set-up, ZOOM webinar, sign-up clients, and client follow-through the sales funnel, tracking results on excel, and achieving conversion goals.
• Partnering with the Client Service Supervisor to evaluate results, successes, and ideas for improvement.
• Client service – Answer, transfer, document calls. Create statements, accept payments, and draft letters.
• Administrative – Maintain clean office, order/monitor supplies, ensure the highest standards for our clients and team members.
