A financial services company is seeking a supervisor for their credit dispute investigations team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with credit reporting regulations, and mitigating risks associated with credit reporting errors. Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in related fields, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. This role supervises consumer credit dispute investigations to ensure adherence with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Responsibilities include training, coaching and developing team members while ensuring all operational and compliance targets are met; ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards for investigating and responding to consumer credit disputes; identifying and correcting systemic errors in credit reporting.
