What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Act as Client Service Coordinator, managing daily business activities and coordination among departments
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes and create orders through SAP and internal systems
  • Coordinate sales processes using Sales Force Service Cloud and liaise with Operations teams
  • Follow up on orders and assist customers with inquiries and issues
  • Participate actively in Client Services team calls and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate’s Degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent in Business or related discipline
  • One to two years of relevant experience and/or training
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com Service Cloud
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
