This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, families, visitors, and referral sources, ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry through ongoing engagement. The Client Services Specialist coordinates intake and scheduling activities, verifies insurance and documentation, supports referral processes, and provides administrative support to promote efficient access to care. This position is based onsite at our Danville, Virginia office and requires regular in-person attendance. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet operational needs, attend training, or support special events.
