  • Manage and coordinate client projects, presentations, strategic planning activities, audits, and implementation of service solutions across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and recommend alternative solutions, plan design options, and process improvements that support client objectives and business growth.
  • Partner with internal MetLife teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensure operational excellence, and maintain accurate contract, broker, and system data.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to team members while maintaining expertise in MetLife products, services, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma and 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, employee benefits, insurance, or a related field.
  • Expertise in group insurance products, services, and systems, with the ability to support complex client needs and business requirements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client commitments simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including experience presenting to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems, navigate ambiguity, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Professional Employer Organization (PEO) clients or similar large-group benefits relationships.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and MS Project.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting executive-level client interactions.
  • Self-motivated learner with a proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement.

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
