The Client Services Consultant II is responsible for delivering the end-to-end client experience for a portfolio of PEO, Payroll and Staffing (PPS) relationships ranging from 5,000 to over 20,000 eligible members often generating more than $5M in annual premium. This role supports MetLife's commitment to building strong client partnerships by serving as the primary contact for strategic account management, service delivery, and operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence business outcomes, lead initiatives that enhance the client experience, and serve as a trusted advisor to some of MetLife's largest PEO relationships.
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
