Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with basic math skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Professional communication and confidentiality with client information.
• Consistent, regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous client service at all times.
• Process stock certificates and check deposits with high accuracy.
• Maintain cashiering files and branch records.
• Assist with branch events and client appreciation events.
• Handle incoming calls and provide information.
• Prepare and disseminate information for meetings.
• Understand firm desktop systems and apply to client service.
• Provide backup for other branch support positions.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
