Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a Client Services Associate to join our Oahu Home Care office. This office-based role focuses on supporting clients and families who depend on BAYADA and our field staff in the home.

You will help create a reliable, responsive experience from the first service inquiry through ongoing care, while also supporting caregiver recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to listen actively, build trust, and handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic databases.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or office administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, responsive contact for clients, families, and staff.
• Answer calls, greet visitors, gather information and route inquiries.
• Support a small client caseload in collaboration with office and clinical teams.
• Coordinate services by communicating client needs and scheduling considerations.
• Assist with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing.
• Document interactions, incidents, and schedule changes accurately and promptly.
• Support billing, payroll, and other administrative processes.
