About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Bookkeeper to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be based on the East Coast (EST) and have experience managing multiple client accounts. This role requires a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy professional who can provide top-tier bookkeeping services while delivering exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Process payroll, manage expense tracking, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Work closely with clients to provide insights, answer inquiries, and offer bookkeeping support.
• Collaborate with accountants to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Utilize cloud-based accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.) to manage financial data.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar cloud-based accounting software.
