Responsibilities

• Manages client communications by phone, email or mail.
• Assists with scheduling and arranging client appointments, including reminders.
• Coordinates appointment times and locations with Financial Center staff.
• Proactively contacts clients to schedule financial reviews or meetings.
• Provides general administrative support and data entry to audit standards.
• Gathers and completes service forms for clients to sign and return.
• Maintains client files and ensures records are complete and accurate.
