Qualifications

• 0–6 months of client service experience, preferably including cash handling.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional client service during every interaction.
• Accurately process routine deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other standard transactions.
• Open consumer accounts and assist with basic account maintenance.
• Identify client needs and refer to Riverview products or team members.
• Assist clients with online and mobile banking enrollment and navigation.
• Protect client information and escalate any potential fraud or compliance concerns.
• Follow procedures, maintain accuracy, and support a smooth financial center experience.
