Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE and Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as state requires.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; proficient with CRM and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for a high volume of client interactions by phone, email, in person, and virtually.
• Onboard new clients and open new accounts; research client and security information in internal databases.
• Ensure client data and documentation stay current with firm and regulatory requirements.
• Process asset transfers and monitor cash available for investment.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios for Financial Advisors.
• Maintain records in CRM and support marketing efforts with seminars/events.
