One Day In July provides investment management and fiduciary financial advice, generally focused on index funds, to clients across the United States. This position will work with our experienced financial advisor team and will be based out of our St. Petersburg, FL location to service clients in the area.

Job Description

As a Client Services Associate at One Day In July, you will assist the financial advisors with the following duties:

• Assist Advisor Team with calls from both prospective and existing clients; schedule meetings and manage client meetings.
• Review materials related to new clients and accounts to ensure proper documentation and help facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
• Update client records, organize communications and take corrective action as needed in both Charles Schwab and the company CRM.
• Coordinate with clients to complete various paperwork and other tasks.
• Prioritize and track items that need to be accomplished while managing deadlines.
• Become an expert in the day-to‑day activities of the business and be able to train others.
• This role requires you to plan, set up, and attend occasional offsite events. You must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel, along with the ability to transport supplies to and from events.
