Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time, client-facing role is essential to the day-to-day operations of our firm. As a key member of the client experience team, you will support advisors, build meaningful client relationships, and ensure smooth administrative and operational processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients—representing the firm with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Support
  • Serve as a primary liaison for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Educate clients on the firm’s services, tools, and capabilities.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  • Administrative & Operational Excellence
  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, preparing meeting materials, and handling money movements/transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files.
  • Oversee onboarding processes such as account setup, documentation, and asset transfers.
  • Ensure client data integrity through regular updates and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Willingness to obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses

  • Exceptionally organized with strong time management and follow-through
  • Personable, professional communicator with a client-centric mindset

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and variable compensation negotiable. Typical salary range is $55,000-$75,000+.
