Barrow Hanley Global Investors in Dallas seeks an experienced administrative associate to support institutional client and consultant groups across equity and fixed income strategies. You will resolve complex admin questions, prepare RFPs and questionnaires, and maintain accurate client records.
The role requires 3+ years in institutional client services or portfolio management support, a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or finance, and strong MS Office skills.

Independently provides administrative support to an assigned group of institutional clients and consultants across equity and fixed income strategies. Capable of resolving complex administrative problems and ad hoc requests. Day-to-day client contacts are generally mid- or junior-level finance or investments staff. Will assist in preparing RFP and questionnaire responses.
