Clients feel like family, and the work is rewarding because you see the impact of it directly. You’ll hear about their travels, their grandkids, their retirements, and you’ll be part of making their financial lives run smoothly.
You’ll be the operational backbone of the client experience. That means opening and maintaining accounts, handling paperwork and working directly with custodians, keeping the CRM current, and responding to client requests with speed and care.
You’ll often be the first voice clients hear when they call the office. Beyond the core work, you’ll help coordinate client events and gifts, manage scheduling and travel, and keep the office running the way it should.
The person who thrives here will notice what needs doing before anyone asks. If a process is clunky, you’ll find a better way.
This is a small firm with a lot of room to grow, and the right person can become pivotal quickly. The role starts as a Client Service Associate, but the path is open. Depending on your strengths and career goals, it could grow into a client-facing relationship role, ownership of the overall client experience, or a Head of Operations position.
You have experience in wealth management, ideally at an RIA, and understand the industry well enough to hit the ground running. You’re strong in Excel and have a track record in a coordinator or highly organized support role. You’re a self-starter in the truest sense.
It would be a real plus if you’ve worked with Schwab as a custodian, handled account opening paperwork and RMDs, or have exposure to broker-dealer business or compliance.
The base salary range is $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience.
This is a full-time, in-office role in Concord, five days a week. Hours are 8 to 5, with flexibility to work 7 to 4 if you prefer an earlier start.
