The Hire Company is assisting an investment management firm in the western suburbs in seeking a Client Services Associate. You will work closely with marketing and investment teams to prepare accurate client materials and support relationship management processes, emphasizing standardized reporting and consistency across communications.

This on-site role requires 1+ years in financial services, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency with CRM and MS Office, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, communications, or similar field.
• 1+ year of experience in financial services within client services/marketing.
• Experience generating investment reports in a CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook); InDesign and AI workflow tools are a plus.
• Familiarity with client databases and investment reporting standards.
• Attention to detail with a growth mindset.

• Utilize the firm’s CRM to maintain and update client data and create accurate and timely quarterly reports
• Partner with leadership to generate content for quarterly presentations, including gathering materials from different departments and creating a polished final product
• Work closely with marketing and other teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and formatting across all materials
• Identify areas to standardize reporting processes, and enhance workflows to better support clients
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of clients, as needed

This is a great opportunity for an emerging finance professional with strong reporting skills, who wants to play a key role in the standardization of the client reporting systems and ongoing relationship management processes of a well-established, growing firm.
