We work with clients across a wide range of income and asset levels with the goal of providing quality fiduciary advisory services to anyone who needs them. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Associate to join our small and dedicated team to provide excellent support to our advisors and customer service to our clients. We are pleased to serve a diverse clientele, so you must enjoy working with people from all walks of life and treat everyone kindly.

This is a full-time salaried position with an expected minimum of 40 hours per week.

The Client Services Associate will support the firm's advisors and clients, and the primary responsibilities include:

  • client communications including responding to client inquiries and requests,
  • managing new client onboarding process including account setup and transfers,
  • preparing and processing custodial and internal forms,
  • assisting clients with money movement requests,
  • maintaining and utilizing our CRM system (Redtail),
  • office management such as mail sorting, filing, and purchasing,
  • provide other systems- and project-based support for advisors and operations teams, as needed.

This position offers a hybrid work model which requires a minimum of 2 days per week at our office in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston, with up to 3 days per week remote work. During onboarding and training, up to 5 days per week in our office may be required. Occasional travel and occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience in a client service role with a Registered Investment Adviser and will have the Series 65 license (or equivalent) or be willing to obtain it within a reasonable time. Candidates should also have a passion for financial planning or investing, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and enjoy helping people. Familiarity with industry software and service providers such as MoneyGuidePro, Charles Schwab, Redtail, or Orion is beneficial.

Physical Job Expectations

The physical job expectations described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
  • The person in this position may at times need to move throughout our office and building to access different areas.
  • Ability to move equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.

Compensation

Compensation includes salary of $65,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and qualifications, an annual bonus opportunity, 401k with company match, health insurance (PPO, HSA compatible), dental insurance, and life and disability insurance. Paid time off of approximately 4 weeks per year is provided in addition to standard paid holidays.
