The Children’s Law Center is seeking a Client Services and Data Associate to maintain accurate client, case, and demographic records across multiple borough offices. The role requires flexibility to travel between Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens locations and to support data operations citywide.
You will perform data input, reporting, and administrative duties, including front-desk coverage and assisting managers and the Executive Director. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases is preferred.
The Children's Law Center (CLC) is a non-profit legal services organization that represents children in custody, visitation, guardianship, paternity, family offense, and related child protective (abuse or neglect) proceedings in the Family Courts and the Integrated Domestic Violence Parts of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and in appeals therefrom. CLC represents approximately 5,000 children annually in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island, providing holistic and zealous representation and support in the Court, the community and the legislature. CLC's mission is to empower our clients, prevent trauma and promote wellbeing.
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Client Services and Data Associate will work collaboratively to ensure accurate record-keeping of client, case and demographic information systems, including both internal and external databases. This role also involves performing various administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the office and data team. This is a citywide position that supports CLC operations across multiple borough offices and requires flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
Ensure efficient data collection, records management, and excellent client service to facilitate smooth data operations within the client services team and office.
Standard working hours for this role are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The expected salary range for this position ranges from $60,180 to $79,067.32 annually. Salary offers, pursuant to the CLC Collective Bargaining Agreement, are based on the total number of years of experience in a position performing administrative, clerical, and reception work in an office setting.
