Position summary:
This position provides administrative support to Ryan VanDeLoo, CFP of Thrivent Financial. This position serves as a resource to the Financial Advisor and client/members and supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Client Service Administrator reports to and is employed by Ryan VanDeLoo, CFP of Thrivent Financial.
This position will be out of Oak Creek, WI. This position is a part time position (32 hours a week). Compensation for this position is commensurate with education and experience. Range $20-25 per hour. Opportunities for growth available.

Job Description
Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Verbal or written communications with prospective or existing customers regarding financial matters to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist Financial Advisor in the preparation and follow up for the client/member meetings
- Prepares or coordinates the preparation of routine correspondence, reports, and special projects typically of a routine nature
- Supports projects, administration of various programs, and processing functions as needed
- Fill out necessary forms for opening or maintaining accounts and complete applications to the point of signature for advisors to finalize and approve
- Tracking of current and pending business to ensure successful task completion
- Provides back-up support on tasks that do not require any type of licensing or registration for other staff members, as needed
- Provides back-up support on handling incoming telephone calls and responds to requests for information, as needed
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce profile
Position Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience desired
- Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, DocuSign) or ability to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
- Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
- Basic understanding of our products and services, and Thrivent Financial
