Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Ohio is seeking a capable Client Service Supervisor to lead a team of client service specialists. You will direct workflow, monitor workload, and ensure inquiries are addressed promptly while maintaining service standards.

You will train new staff on policies, develop documented resolutions for common issues, and provide direct support to assigned accounts and escalated matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years industry experience required.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
