Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Client Service Supervisor to lead a dedicated team, direct daily workflows, and ensure client inquiries are answered promptly and accurately, helping maintain service excellence across all accounts.

The role includes coaching and training new staff on support policies, creating and distributing clear resolutions for common issues, and providing escalation support to protected accounts, while promoting a cooperative and compliant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum seven years industry experience required.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience required.

• Supervises the work of a team of client service specialists
• Directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly
• Trains new client service staff in support policies and procedures
• Creates and distributes documented resolutions for common client service issues
• Provides direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues
• Other duties as assigned
