Job summary

BNY Investments seeks a Senior Specialist, Client Service to join the Pittsburgh team. You will support onboarding, negotiation of client documentation, and governance for mandates, while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and business units to ensure risk acceptable outcomes.

The role requires strong client interaction, investment servicing knowledge, and excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver efficient service across complex requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client-facing role within investments or financial services.
• Strong understanding of investment servicing, reporting, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling escalations and driving issue resolution.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate CIT documentation for US-based clients with Legal and Compliance.
• Triage and negotiate bespoke IMAs (including investment guidelines) for SMAs with Legal and Compliance.
• Act as gatekeepers to the Business Acceptance Council for non-standard client requirements.
• Support distribution activities, including binding RFPs, ensuring non-standard requirements are identified and risk accepted.
• Coordinate changes to client legal documents post onboarding and support sub-advisory client updates.
