Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support customer service and order processing. You will respond to orders, inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints while ensuring timely resolutions and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years of assembly line lead experience, with a willingness to engage in professional certifications as needed.

• Strong documentation skills to accurately record orders, payments, and resolutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Conflict resolution skills to effectively resolve client complaints and service issues.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
