Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a client service professional to respond to orders and inquiries, resolve delivery or service issues, and manage client complaints from intake to resolution. The role includes guiding a team of client service specialists, handling escalations, and performing other duties as assigned.

The position emphasizes quality focus, problem solving, documentation, conflict resolution, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Handles client responses that may require deviation from standard procedures
• Provides leadership, coaching and training to a team of client service specialists
• Other duties as assigned
