Job summary

Corient Services LLC in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Client Services professional to act as the primary liaison for client requests, coordinating with advisors and support teams to ensure timely fulfillment. You will input data into Salesforce, generate reports, and help manage client communications with professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and request
  • Must be a goal-oriented team player with a ‘no job is beneath me’ attitude
  • Community service driven and charitably minded
  • Able to work independently
  • Enjoy being part of a team
  • Must be highly flexible and confidential with all client and firm matters

Responsibilities

  • Serve as central point of contact for ingesting client requests

  • Take prompt effective action to address client needs
  • Demonstrate a proactive and action-oriented approach to handling challenging client requests
  • Support/data input for client prospecting
  • Schedule meetings between advisory team & clients
  • Input client and advisor requests into Salesforce, track completion
  • Retrieve and distribute client statements, tax documents, or other reports
  • Generate portfolio reports
  • Communicate with clients daily addressing their day-to-day needs in an articulate and professional manner
  • Complete required paperwork
  • Open accounts for existing clients
  • Understand firm's wealth management process.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
