Job summary

JPMorganChase, in collaboration with hackajob, seeks a Client Service Specialist on the InstaMed team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational support for InstaMed clients.

You will address inquiries, process transactions, troubleshoot issues, and refer services when appropriate, while applying policies. Schedule: Mon-Fri 11:30am-8:00pm ET; some shifts may start earlier.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service operations, including transaction processing and referrals.
• Ability to apply policies to solve non-routine problems.
• Excellent communication with probing questions.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, change-oriented team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
• Ability to accurately process transactions and maintain data integrity.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to identify common issues and provide solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office across multiple apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily customer service support within operations, addressing client inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues using knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to refer services based on client needs, leveraging understanding of financial products and market trends.
