Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Client Services Specialist to lead the Los Lunas front desk. You will greet clients, schedule psychiatric services, verify insurance, and assist families with enrollment and paperwork.

You’ll connect families to life-changing mental health services with warmth and professionalism. Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) and comfortable with Google Suite and EMR data entry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred to serve our diverse community.
• Experience in front office, scheduling, and insurance verification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate care by scheduling psychiatric services and performing brief intake interviews.
• Verify insurance to ensure access to care and assist with essential paperwork.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and school partners to process referrals quickly and efficiently.
