OVERVIEW

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for serving as the liaison between Solinity Marketing and its clients. To communicate the results and needs of the team to the client and to communicate the news and needs of the client to the team. It takes a strong understanding of the bigger picture of client and marketing goals and the ability to implement them through project management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicating effectively between the client and internal teams

  • Managing client project timelines

  • Oversee internal teams to ensure deliverables and projects are on schedule

  • Reviewing and distributing all deliverables to the client

  • Responding promptly to client needs

  • Reviewing and delivering marketing analysis and reports

  • Assisting other team members when needed in various responsibilities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no direct employees but will be an indirect manager of all employees by assigning tasks and ensuring projects are completed on time.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING:

  • At least 2 years of related experience, education or training in the field of marketing and/or client relations

  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in senior living preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing agency preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others. This candidate will be the communication funnel between the client and the team and therefore will need to be able to communicate in the most effective way possible to both parties.

  • Moderate understanding of marketing principles. The deeper the understanding of marketing the better to be able to answer client questions and communicate effectively. Through marketing analytics, be able to look at the numbers and then communicate that in an effective way to the client.

  • Self-manage and motivate in a remote work environment.

  • Travel for client trips and visits if needed.

  • Availability from 8-5pm EST for possible client communication.

  • Manage projects, tasks, and deadlines for yourself and others without supervision.

  • High attention to detail as most tasks will require the skill of checking for details and proper spelling & grammar. This employee is often the internal reviewer and therefore will be the last stop before a deliverable gets sent out to the client.

  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to take on many different tasks throughout the day.

  • This candidate will be the day-to-day face of the company with clients and therefore their demeanor and personality will need to be personable and professional.

  • Skilled with technology, computers, and digital programs.
