The Role

This opportunity takes a different approach from a typical sales position. There’s no door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling. You’ll work with union members who have expressed interest in receiving information about programs available to them and their families.

Your role is to make that process simple. You’ll connect with members, learn about their needs, explain available options, answer questions, and help them understand how different programs may fit their circumstances.

Most interactions take place through phone and virtual appointments , giving you the opportunity to build relationships while working in a flexible environment. Along the way, you’ll strengthen valuable skills in communication, organization, client relations, and leadership.
