Role Overview

Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Client Service Representative (CSR) ensures an exceptional client experience during every interaction. The role involves engaging with clients, managing practice administrative tasks such as record maintenance, appointment scheduling, reception duties, and maintaining veterinary records. This part-time position requires availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and rotating Saturdays, with flexibility for additional Saturdays if needed.

• Manage practice opening and closing procedures
