Job summary

Mutual Savings Association is seeking a Client Service Representative in Kansas to welcome clients and support everyday banking needs with accuracy and care.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, answer routine questions, and help connect clients with the right solutions. Training and development opportunities are provided to build confidence and professional growth in a community bank setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior banking or cash handling experience preferred, but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, office, or client service experience is helpful.
• Exceptional client service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality, and learn banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and a helpful attitude in every interaction.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other client transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Listen carefully, answer basic account questions, and help clients feel confident and cared for.
• Identify when a client may need additional support and make referrals to the right team member.
• Follow all cash handling, balancing, security, fraud prevention, confidentiality, and compliance procedures.
• Complete training and continue building your understanding of banking products, services, systems, and client service expectations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, professional branch environment and support teamwork and accountability.
