Red Bank Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital, helping create an exceptional client experience while supporting doctors and staff in a fast-paced specialty environment.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to compassionate care for pets and families. Full-time with day shifts, weekend/overnight flexibility, and benefits are offered.

With MRI, CT, PET scanning, 12 surgical suites, a dedicated ER, and expanded training spaces, RBVH combines innovative medicine with compassionate care for pets, clients, and team members alike.

Compensation

• $20 - $24/hr. based on experience

Schedule:

• Full Time
  • Day Shifts
  • Shifts between 7:00am – 6:00pm available
  • Flexibility for occasional weekend/overnights desired

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
