Job description

LabCorp is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our Contact Center team for Phoenix, AZ. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. The Client Services Representative will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and motivated to work with a customer-centric team in an innovative company.

$15.00 - $31.60

Job Responsibilities
  1. Act as a liaison between Labcorp, the customer base, and patients.
  2. Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet.
  3. Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner following protocol procedures.
  4. Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solutions.
  5. Provide additional customer education and information as needed.
  6. Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting Labcorp's products and services.
  7. Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
  8. Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Review test forms for accuracy and report discrepancies.
  10. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  11. Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or GED required.
  2. Associate’s degree or higher is highly desired.
  3. Previous experience in a customer service role.
  4. Experience working in a contact center/call center environment preferred.
  5. Prior healthcare industry experience, such as in a physician's office or hospital, is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.
  7. Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred.
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and responding abilities.
  9. Courteous with a strong customer service orientation.
  10. Excellent multitasking abilities.
  11. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  12. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable.
  13. Physical proximity to Phoenix, AZ, allowing periodic visits to the laboratory is preferred.
