CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC (CLA Wealth Advisors) is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in Des Moines, IA. The role provides direct client support and assists service team leaders in Assurance, Tax, Outsourcing, and Digital services.

You will manage client documents, scheduling, and workflow processes to help our teams deliver timely, accurate results. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and comfort with MS Office

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to quickly master new software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support service team leaders in one or more areas (Assurance, Tax, Outsourcing, Digital).
• Process client source documents and prepare workflow instructions.
• Coordinate internal/external meetings and support monthly industry reporting.
• Draft engagement letters, client invoices, and reports as needed.
• Provide back-up to internal operations during peak seasons.
