ArisGarde in downtown Charleston seeks a detail-oriented operations professional to support client service and wealth management workflows. You will help coordinate meetings, process paperwork, and maintain client records to enable advisors to deliver exceptional service.
This full-time role combines client service, office operations, and process improvement with room to grow as the firm expands; occasional remote days may be considered after onboarding.
At ArisGarde, we believe exceptional planning deserves an exceptional client experience.
Every interaction matters.
Whether it's welcoming a client into our office, coordinating a complex account transfer, preparing for an important planning meeting, or ensuring every follow-up is completed flawlessly, the details matter. That's where you come in.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, solving problems, and helping clients and teammates succeed.
This isn't simply an administrative position.
You’ll become a central part of a growing wealth planning firm in the Lowcountry, helping create the operational foundation that allows our advisors to deliver exceptional financial planning and an outstanding client experience.
If you're someone who takes ownership, values excellence, enjoys serving others, and wants to grow with an expanding firm, we'd love to meet you.
ArisGarde is an independent wealth planning firm headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina.
Our mission is to help our clients Win the Game of Life by achieving financial independence—personally, professionally, and philanthropically.
We work with successful physicians, business owners, and families throughout the Lowcountry and across the country, helping them navigate life's most important financial decisions through comprehensive financial planning.
As ArisGarde continues to grow, we're investing in exceptional people who share our commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service.
You’ll work directly alongside the firm’s Founder and team, becoming an important part of the operational heartbeat of the office.
This role combines client service, wealth management operations, advisor support, and workflow coordination.
You’ll take ownership of many of the responsibilities that keep a boutique wealth planning firm running smoothly—from interacting with clients and coordinating meetings to processing account paperwork, maintaining client records, and helping quarterback the firm’s systems, workflows, and client commitments.
We’re looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of wealth management and financial services operations. You don’t need to have experience with every process or type of transaction we handle. We’ll teach you our systems, procedures, and approach to serving clients. What we’re looking for is an existing industry foundation that allows you to build on that knowledge rather than learn wealth management from the beginning.
This is also a role with room to grow. As you demonstrate your capabilities and ArisGarde continues to expand, you’ll have the opportunity to take increasing ownership of client service, firm operations, process improvement, and other areas where your strengths can contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
This is primarily an in-office position in downtown Charleston. After an initial period of onboarding and integration with the team, there may be flexibility for a regular remote day as appropriate.
This role is likely a great fit for you if you naturally find yourself saying:
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves today because they want the opportunity to grow with us tomorrow.
We're building something for the long term, and we’re not here to coast.
Our goal isn't simply to hire another employee. We're looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of a growing firm and help create an exceptional experience for every client we serve.
As ArisGarde continues to expand, we expect this role to grow with it. The right person will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and autonomy across various elements of the practice, contribute to how our operations evolve, and play an important role in building the infrastructure that supports the firm's future growth.
If you're excited about joining a firm where your work matters, your ideas are valued, and excellence is the standard, we'd love to hear from you.
