Job summary

Coastline Insurance Associates of NC, a division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services LLC, is seeking a Client Service Representative to support service and sales activities in an in-office setting in Southport, NC. You will manage client information, assist with administrative processes, and help maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

The role requires at least an associate degree or 1 year of relevant experience, plus an active NC P&C license.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or at least one year of client service/office experience.
• Active North Carolina Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with databases or client management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by answering incoming calls promptly and assisting clients and prospects with professionalism and care.
• Welcome visitors to the office and create a positive, customer-focused experience from the moment they arrive.
• Maintain accurate records through scanning, filing, and organizing documents to support agency operations and compliance.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently to ensure timely communication and workflow.
• Update client records and databases with precision, helping maintain accurate and current account information.
• Support billing and payment-related activities while assisting clients with inquiries and administrative needs.
• Collaborate with service and sales team members to help keep agency operations organized, responsive, and productive.
