Job Description

At J.P. Morgan, we are committed to delivering exceptional client service. As a Client Service Manager in Securities Services, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our Alternative clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

As a Client Service Manager (CSM), you will join the client service team with an assigned book of Alternative clients. You will have ultimate ownership of client satisfaction, coordinating internal teams and resources to service your book of business effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead in-person meetings with clients to build relationships, establish governance, update on product / system enhancements, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Introduce Senior JPM Management to your clients.
  • Maintain client profiles and service level documents.
  • Conduct periodic relationship reviews.
  • Monitor and manage billing accuracy.
  • Coordinate client training on JPM proprietary technology.
  • Coordinate service delivery internally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in a hedge fund, private equity, asset management, or financial markets organization servicing alternative clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Alternatives, fund administration, and accounting services.
  • Experience with Global Custody and asset servicing.
  • Ability to discuss products / services like Global Custody, Fund Accounting & Administration, Data Solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable with senior executives.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork orientation, and willingness to learn.
